Overview Squeak & Rattle Test Systems
Our Squeak & Rattle test systems support you in the detection, analysis and elimination of buzz, squeak and rattle noise from the early prevention and development phase to the final inspection in production. Our vehicle shakers for Squeak & Rattle analyses on passenger cars and commercial vehicles and component shakers for various interior components, steering systems and chassis components enable targeted testing and combination of noise-critical driving situations and excitation states. The low operating noise of MB Squeak & Rattle test systems meets the strict requirements of various test specifications such as GMW14011, FORD CETP-L-413, PSA STE9646364399, BMW PR311-4 and Hyundai Engineering Standards and creates ideal conditions for efficient noise analysis. In addition, the reproducible excitation and freely programmable test sequences based on real excitation data enable targeted Squeak & Rattle ageing tests including climate superposition for systematic analysis and evaluation of the acoustic long-term stability of the vehicles and components.
Our SCTR test bench enables the highly dynamic simulation of real road excitations with superimposed preload forces for comprehensive vibration and noise analysis on a wide variety of suspension components and targeted optimization of the spring/damper system.

Mobile measuring systems with 4-64 channels for recording accelerations, forces, vibration displacement, relative motions, moments and noises in the vehicle and for easy transfer of the recorded excitation states to our test systems.
Acoustic test system with 4 to 16 measurement channels for recording, analysis and testing of buzzes, squeaks and rattles, actuation noise and functional noise against freely definable limit values, limit value curves and reference spectra.
