Overview MB shaker tables for excitation in 1 to 6 axes

In the real world, for example, the excitation of a vehicle usually occurs simultaneously in 6 axes. In addition to the excitation in x-, y- and z-axes, the vehicle responds to the excitation through wheels and chassis with rolling, pitching and rotating motions depending on the driving situation. Parts and vehicle components respond very differently to the various excitations and excitation directions. In practice, an absolutely exact simultaneous excitation in all 6-axes is usually not possible for cost reasons and from a technical point of view it is not absolutely necessary for the analysis and evaluation of noise causes or wear in many cases.

Therefore MB offers customized component shaker tables for excitation of different components in 1 to 6 axes in different sizes and performance levels. All MB component shaker tables are based on our quiet ALPHA or Energizer series shakers and meet the strict requirements of various test specifications such as GMW14011, FORD CETP-L-413, PSA STE9646364399, BMW PR311-4 and Hyundai Engineering Standards. The vibration tables can also be designed and used for combined objective Squeak & Rattle tests, ageing tests and durability tests including climatic superposition.

Component shakers for excitation in z-axis by one or multiple shakers. Different sizes for small components and complete modules. Excitation forces from 500N to 16000N. Climate option for integration of the test stand into a climate chamber.

Shaker tables for sequential excitation in x-, y- or z-axis by one or multiple shakers. Horizontal moving table or 3D universal shaker table with linear guidance in excitation direction to minimize unwanted and uncontrolled transverse accelerations in none-driven directions.

3D shaker tables with Magnesium mounting tables in different sizes for simultaneous excitation in x-, y- and z-axis or sequential excitation of individual axes. Vibration displacement of up to 25mm and excitation forces of up to 8000N per axis.

Vertical Pitch-Roll (VPR) shakers enable simultaneous excitation in up to 5 axes (x-, y- and z-axis as well as pitch and roll). Simultaneous excitation turns the VPR shaker into a very effective tool for random sample testing in production.

x-y-z sequential

3D simultanous

3D shaker tables with Magnesium mounting tables in different sizes for simultaneous excitation in x-, y- and z-axis or sequential excitation of individual axes. Vibration displacement of up to 50mm and excitation forces of up to 4000N per axis.

VPR Shaker

Vertical Pitch-Roll (VPR) shakers enable simultaneous excitation in up to 5 axes (x-, y- and z-axis as well as pitch and roll). Simultaneous excitation turns the VPR shaker into a very effective tool for random sample testing in production.

In addition to simultaneous excitation in Vertical Pitch-Roll mode, the VPR+4D shaker table also enables the excitation of single axes (x-, y- and z-axis and roll). Flexure elements guide the magnesium mounting table and minimize unwanted cross-axis acceleration.

6-axis shaker tables for the exact simulation of various excitation signals in all six axes. Test masses up to 225kg. 2050mm X 1450mm Magnesium mounting table. No hydraulics, no oil. Extremely quiet! No hydraulics, no seals, no mechanical ball joints.

VPR+4D Shaker

In addition to simultaneous excitation in Vertical Pitch-Roll mode, the VPR+4D shaker table also enables the excitation of single axes (x-, y- and z-axis and roll). Flexure elements guide the magnesium mounting table and minimize unwanted cross-axis acceleration.
