BSR SUITE - NVH measuring system

NVH Testing • Mobile Data Acquisition • Drive File Generation • BSR testing • Sound Quality Testing

MB BSR SUITE is the complete solution for all measurement tasks in the field of NVH, Squeak & Rattle and Sound Quality testing. Comprehensive analysis and assessment capabilities also enable the use of the BSR Suite for analysis and evaluation of functional and operating noise, vibrational effects on humans as well as the acoustic and haptic feedback of controls and actuators.

Predefined test configurations for typical tasks such as multi-channel road load data acquisition, drive-file generation and objective Squeak & Rattle and Sound Quality testing allow for fast and simple operation. Signal statistics and user defined thresholds or reference-curves can be used for objective evaluation of different acoustic or haptic quality criteria.

BSR Editor enables comprehensive editing, filtering, analysis and conversion of recorded time signal data. Editing multiple records in parallel enables very easy and effective ways to compare and combine different recordings. Cut, Copy and Paste of relevant time signal sections from different recordings into a new file is intuitive and easy. Integrated know-how and procedures to transfer vibration conditions from the road to the lab improve the simulation quality and correlation to road testing. Contact MB to find a solution for your measurement task!

Support of Sound Cards (internal & external)

If no other hardware is available BSR SUITE enables the use of internal or external sound cards for 2 channel data acquisition and analysis during training sessions or demonstration. However the use of standard sound cards for NVH testing is not recommended! MB Dynamics cannot test and guarantee the correct function of different soundcards, hardware drivers and the resulting accuracy of measurement data. In addition sound cards can also be used for online monitoring of selectable input channels and playback of recorded time signals.
